Accommodations

Suttle Lake Camp offers a variety of sleeping and meeting spaces to fit every group’s needs, with a total capacity of 160 for dining and 200+ for sleeping. Click here to download a map of Suttle Lake Camp.

Wesley Meadow Lodge has an inviting meeting space with a wood stove and expansive windows that let in the soft afternoon light. A large deck adjoined to this space adds to its charm. This great room can serve as a comfortable place to enjoy fellowship or as a meeting space for up to 50 people. Off of the great room is a fully equipped kitchen giving groups of 40 or smaller the option to cook for themselves. A two-story sleeping wing has a total of twelve bedrooms, sleeping either two or four each for a total capacity of 32 people. Restrooms and showers are available on both floors. At the far end of the building is a small apartment with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a living room.

Pioneer Lodge invites guests in with its mountain lodge charm. Upstairs, the dining hall highlights rustic woodwork and large windows on three sides, accommodating up to 160 people for meals. Downstairs features a large group meeting space, bathrooms complete with showers, and six bedrooms furnished with bunk beds for a total sleeping capacity of 36. The large gathering room fits up to 120 for meetings (depending on configuration) or is comfortable for smaller groups wanting to relax around the fire. There are plenty of chairs, couches, and tables to offer flexibility for your group’s needs, along with a piano.  If your group is large or would like to break out into two groups, you are invited to use the dining hall for meeting space as well.

Eagle’s Nest is a deluxe cabin that sleeps up to three. Complete with its own bathroom and a small kitchenette. Eagle’s Nest is perfect for guest speakers, leaders, or participants who need a bit of extra privacy. Eagle’s Nest can also serve as a space for individuals in need of a personal retreat for spiritual discernment.  Please check on availability, as this space may also be used as staff housing.

Rustic Cabins are clustered in two cabin circles of ten cabins each. A central shower house provides restroom facilities for each circle. The south cabin circle (#1-#10) is close to Pioneer Lodge is available year round and features a newer shower house with sky lights, heated floors, and large, private shower stalls. The north cabin circle (#11-#20) is available April through October, although several cabins in this circle are heated and can be combined with use of Wesley Meadow Lodge in the winter.  Most cabins have 4 sets of bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 each.
