PART TIME RATES:

Lodging:

  • Wesley Meadow Lodge or Eagle’s Nest $52 / night
  • Pioneer Lodge or Cabins combined with lodge use $39 / night

Meals during your stay:

  • $12/ Breakfast
  • $12/ Lunch
  • $14/ Dinner
  • $5 / snack

Day Use

  • $12 per person; up to 10 hours, no meals

Discounted Rates

  • Discounted Rates may be available for midweek use during the school year, excluding holidays.
  • Contact the directors to have a conversation about your group's needs.

Family Retreats Rates: (for events that include multiple generations of the same household)

  • Youth (ages 12-17) 20% off
  • Children (ages 4-11) 40% off
  • Children 3 and under free
  • A 5% USFS surcharge may be required of adult groups.

Optional Services

  • Dish washing Service: The above package and meal prices require groups to provide dishwashers. Add $50 per meal for dish washing service to be provided. Groups over 60 persons are $80 per meal.
  • Specialty Staff may be available to lifeguard, facilitate team building activities on the challenge course, lead environmental educational activities, instruct archery, or other activities upon request for $40 / hour / staff.

MAKING RESERVATIONS:

Reservations will only be confirmed once a signed contract and specified deposit have been returned. Failure to follow through on this requirement may result in the loss of the reservation.

  • Standard deposits are equal to 25% of the anticipated costs and are due with the signed contract.
  • A second and equal deposit (or advanced payment) is typically due 2 months before your event date.
  • Once a reservation is made, deposits will not be reduced, even if requested services are reduced.
  • All groups must be non-profit or are subject to a 6% county lodging tax. 

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If our office is notified of a cancellation 120 days or more before the arrival date, 2/3rds of the deposit will be refunded only if the reserved facilities are contracted to another group for the specified dates. If a cancellation occurs within 119 days or less of the arrival date, there will be no refund of the deposit. If the group cancels less than 90 days before the retreat 75% of the anticipated final payment is due.
